1. Acceptance

By using ioverpaid.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Anvimo LLC (“we,” “us”).

2. What Overpaid? is, and isn’t

Overpaid? reads a statement or bill you provide, categorizes recurring charges, and returns a verdict plus a suggested script for reducing the bill. All outputs are estimates from public reference data, for general information only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and are not a guarantee of any saving or result. Check any fix before you act on it. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for any communications you send using our scripts.

3. Your data

Overpaid? is designed to process statements in your browser, on your device. We do not require an account, and statement files you drop are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for the files you choose to process. See our Privacy Policy.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that estimates, rates, or scripts are current, accurate, or will achieve any result.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvimo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, its estimates, or its scripts. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to USD $100.

6. Intellectual property and copyright

All content on the Site, including the software and source code, text, the bill categories and negotiation scripts, methodology, design, graphics, the “ioverpaid” name and the stylized “ioverpaid?” logo, is owned by Anvimo LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, harvest, mirror, frame, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, including the scripts library, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset, without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for. Some links are affiliate links from which we may earn a commission; see our affiliate disclosure. This never changes a bill’s verdict or the script shown.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, access it by automated means except good-faith search indexing, or use it in violation of any law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
