Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026.

The short version: Overpaid? is built to keep your financial data on your own device. When you drop a statement, it is read and analyzed in your browser. Your statement files and their contents are not uploaded to us, and we do not store, sell, or share them. There are no accounts and no login.

1. Who we are

ioverpaid.com (the “Site”) is operated by Anvimo LLC, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Contact: hello@ioverpaid.com.

2. Information we do not collect

3. Information we may collect

Local browser storage: the Site may save preferences and results on your own device, such as saved fixes; this stays on your device. Basic technical and log data: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the Site running. Analytics: we may measure page views and outbound or offer clicks in aggregate to improve the Site; this does not include your statement data.

4. How we use information

Only to operate, secure, and improve the Site. We do not use your statement data for any purpose because we never receive it.

5. Third parties

The Site displays estimates using public reference data, such as card and loan rate references; viewing these does not send your statement data anywhere. Some outbound links are affiliate links; if you click them, the destination site may set its own cookies and collect data under its own policy; see our affiliate disclosure. Affiliate activity never changes a bill’s verdict or the script shown. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data security

Because analysis happens on your device and statements are not uploaded, the primary protection for your financial data is that it stays with you. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information a business holds about you. Because we do not hold your statement data or maintain accounts, we typically have little or no personal information to act on, but you may contact us at hello@ioverpaid.com with any request.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
