How the numbers work

What you pay comes from your statement or what you type. It never leaves this device.
What you should pay comes from public list prices (phone plans), public averages (utilities, insurance), and posted rates (savings). Each row names its source.
Max savings is the sum of every row's gap, per year. It is a ceiling, not a promise. Saved is what you tick off once you have made the call.
